Using guided meditation, drum journeys, art therapy, Gestalt therapy, sharing circles, time in nature and working with dreams, we will welcome lost or undiscovered parts of ourselves, including the hurt child, the creative child, the mystic, and the healer. Cost: £650 (shared accommodation)

£820 (single occupancy–only2places).

Jo Edwards is a qualified and experienced counsellor, lecturer and trainer. She is also a qualified CBT Therapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and a Master Hypnotherapist. She has trained counsellors for fourteen years at the Liverpool Community College and Liverpool John Moores University. In addition to her private practice she has undertaken counselling in the voluntary sector, for business, industry, and the health service. and has over 20 years' experience in helping people overcome their problems.

Dennis Richards is therapist in private practice with 20 years' experience as a hypnotherapist and eight years as a counsellor. He trained in Shamanism at Eagle’s Wing in London, Creation Spirituality and Expressive Arts Therapy in California and has been leading dream groups and retreats since 2015.
